Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME  

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.  If there is a significant delay In shipment of your order, we will contact you via email

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Ashtah Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

PRE-ORDER AND BACK-ORDERED ITEMS

If your order contains pre-order or back-ordered items, we will ship items as soon as they are available. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. For International orders, please note that we will hold the entire order until the pre-ordered or back-ordered items are available. We cannot split or combine any orders. TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on Ashtahbeauty.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact Ashtah Beauty Customer Service to track your order.

BUSINESS DAYS + HOLIDAYS

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. 

We do not ship on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Christmas Day
