We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not meet your expectation, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order. Refunds need to be addressed within 30 days from receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment. If your order is returned after 30 days, you will only be eligible for store credit. We do not offer or accept exchanges on any orders. Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept the return of items after the package has been opened.

Please allow 7-15 business days for your return to be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund charge to reflect back onto your bank statement. ​Defective Products:

If an item may be considered defective, please email Info@Ashtahbeauty.com indicating your Name and Order Number. Defective items need to be addressed within 15 days from receipt. After 15 days, customers are only eligible for store credit. If the product is deemed defective by AshtahBeauty, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

Please email Info@Ashtahbeauty.com within 7 days from delivery with any discrepancy orders, such as mistakes or damaged products. All issues must be fully resolved within 14 days from delivery date for security purposes.

​Orders and cancellation policy  

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin processing once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be cancelled. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused.
